This personalized 6 month experience is designed to nurture renewal, integrate reconnection and realignment. Giving you the support to pour into yourself the time and care to address your well-being on unconscious, energetic, spiritual, behavioral, mental/mindset and emotional levels. What's Included: • Two 60 minute online intuitive coaching sessions each month • Two 90 minute online coaching sessions - one at beginning and at mid point • Tools to help dive deeper and prepare for sessions • 10 minute emergency sessions (spot coaching) if needed • 24 hour reply on emails Monday to Friday • Monthly guided Breathwork online • Free session 1 month after we finish working together
